Mizraim Travel Contract

Basic Facts and Conditions:

To secure your booking, you (the client) must inform Mizraim Travel (the Company) of your request. A company representative will contact you to discuss and finalize the arrangements and send you an itinerary for final confirmation. You must confirm these details and pay the deposit, as discussed in your details, to Mizraim Travel by wire transfer or Cash.

Please note:

• Tours and packages are subject to availability at the time of placing your request.
• Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability. If the full payment has been received, no administrative fees will be applied except on changes fees related to tickets for air travel or accommodations by a hotel or Nile cruise.
• Prices are quoted per person in double occupancy in USD.
• Tours and packages’ price varies based on group’s number:
  • Pricing on the website is the average cost per person in double occupancy based on groups number.
  • Pricing on the website is not the always the same pricing during high seasons (wintertime) and peak periods (i.e., Easter and Christmas Holidays).
• Mizraim Travel has the right to change prices in the following or similar incidental cases:
  • Increase in entrance fees of the sightseeing location.
  • Increase in gas in the destination country.
  • Increase in taxes or currency exchange rates.
• Tours and packages exclude any other expenses that are not mentioned in the “Inclusion” section of the tour package.
